We Run the World—our four-day trail running adventure covered 80 kilometers across Mallorca’s diverse terrain. 15 runners took on the challenge. We started in Valldemossa, tackling mountain paths, forest trails, and coastal routes. Our journey led all the way to Port de Pollença.
Each day brought new challenges and stunning views. After four unforgettable days, we reached our final destination. It was the perfect ending to an incredible experience. This was a true Indie.Runner & Running Mallorca collaboration!
The journey followed the GR221, the Ruta de Pedra en Sec, a legendary trail through the Serra de Tramuntana. We started in Valldemossa, climbing towards Sóller. Steep trails tested our strength but rewarded us with stunning coastal views.
The next leg from Sóller to Tossal Verds took us deeper into the mountains. Rocky ascents and fast descents pushed us through the island’s wild heart. Day three led us from Tossal Verds to Lluc Monastery, following centuries-old cobbled paths through pine forests and limestone peaks. The final stretch to Port de Pollença delivered a fast, rolling descent. With the Mediterranean glistening ahead, it was an unforgettable finish line.
More than just a run, this was an endurance challenge, a test of grit, and a celebration of Mallorca’s raw beauty. Every step brought us closer as a group, pushing limits together on technical terrain, through hidden valleys, and over high mountain passes. The perfect mix of adventure, effort, and camaraderie—this was trail running at its finest.
