A mix of coastal roads, mountain trails, and quiet country lanes made every run count.
Mallorca delivered. Smooth roads, tough climbs, and good weather. Some pushed the pace, others focused on endurance. Either way, everyone got the work done. Early starts, post-run sea dips, and solid food to refuel. No distractions, just training. Long reps on the track, steady miles on quiet roads, and sharp efforts on the trails—every session had a purpose.
Recovery was just as important. We balanced hard runs with the right rest, stretching, and smart fueling. Every day, the group got stronger. Legs felt the miles, but the energy stayed high.
